Raegan Hiles

Prior to licensing as a Zumba® instructor, I was a keen class participant for over 6 years, in South Wales and the London. I still attend 2-5 classes a week when I can, as well as street and commercial dance training. Alongside that, my full time career of policy and development work has involved training hundreds of peers in project management, writing and delivering courses, and also delivering high profile conference keynote speeches to large audiences. Working in education, I am acutely aware of the difference that good instruction has in getting the best of students; through policy negotiation I’m keen on partnership working; and through leading teams, the importance of humour and good fun!
