I began my yoga practice more than 13 years ago as a way to stretch my body. Eventually, I would look to my practice as a way to find the answers deep inside to life's questions. I found myself wanting to share what I was learning with the people I loved, but I wanted to do it safely. That is what lead me to teacher training in 2012. It was during that time that I realized the need to build strength as well as flexibility. I had been, for years, backing out of that which was uncomfortable. What the mat would finally show me was that I had been doing that in life as well. So as my outer strength grew, so did my inner strength. In my classes I challenge my students to go deeper, to find that space of uncomfortability, and to allow it to change them. I love this work and want to share it with all who are willing to take the journey with me.
