Karen Dobson

My name is Karen Dobson and I am from Jasper, Georgia. I am married and have three boys. I practice dental hygiene full time and also have a license in practical nursing. My diverse background brings enthusiasm and excitement to group fitness classes. I have been involved with the fitness field for 20 years as a participant and then became a certified instructor with Fitour and YMCA. I have been instructing a variety of classes, such as step/sculpt, strength, boot camp, hi-low, and pilates. I also have my group cycle certification. I have a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
