I am well versed in teaching mixed-level yoga classes. Many of my students have been with me for years. I also get many new-to-yoga students joining my classes.
The needs of my students determine the types of classes I teach. While I am primarily a Kripalu yoga instructor, I like to blend elements of Svaroopa yoga, Positional therapy, Restorative yoga, meditation, and Yoga Nidra in my classes.
Born near Toronto, Canada. Moved to Europe and NY for a professional modeling career. Gave up modeling in 1990 and started taking yoga classes. Began teaching yoga professionally in 2002.
