Kalena Carroll

Kalena Carroll is a seasoned fitness and wellness professional with over a decade of experience leading dynamic group fitness and yoga classes, that inspire transformation from the inside out. With a deep passion for movement, mindfulness and nourishment, Kalena blends her knowledge of strength training, yoga and wellness to create empowering, results driven experiences for every body. 
 
Based on the island of Culebra, Puerto Rico, Kalena brings the grounding energy of the Caribbean into everything she does. Her classes-ranging from high-energy strength training to soulful Vinyasa, grounding Hatha and restorative Yin yoga- are infused with her belief that fitness is not just about the body, but about coming home to yourself. 
 
A certified Group Fitness Instructor with American Council on Exercise (ACE), Kalena is also a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist and holds additional certifications in Les Mills BodyPump, YogaFit Level 1, Yin Yoga, and a 200 hour certification through My Vinyasa Practice. Her wellness philosophy is informed by years of studying nutrition and hormone health, with a focus on how food, movement, and stress impact women in their 40s and beyond.  
 
Since 2012, Kalena has been leading fitness classes at Quest Fitness in Kennebunk, Maine, where she's known for her uplifting energy and ability to meet students where they are- helping them push past limitations and discover their heathiest, strongest most confident self. 
 
Whether on the mat or by the ocean, Kalena brings heart, soul and sweat to every session.
