Nicole Lier

Nicole Lier is a Health Educator at UCare, a health insurance company. She has been teaching group fitness classes since 2010 as a NETA certified instructor.  Nicole has a passion for health and well-being.  She embraces new endeavors and challenges and is always looking to try something fun and different. Nicole loves engaging in new opportunities, including completing multiple half marathons and her first full marathon. In her free time she enjoys time with friends and family, camping and staying active.
