Elizabeth Munn

My name is Elizabeth Munn, and I am a graduate of Indiana University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Education. I also hold a Master of Physical Education from Chicago State University. Over the past 12 years, I have been deeply involved in teaching yoga across a variety of settings—including studios, military environments, and even overseas. These diverse experiences have enriched my ability to connect with students from many different backgrounds and skill levels.

Teaching yoga is more than a profession for me—it is a lifelong passion. My years of practice and instruction across multiple formats have allowed me to witness the transformative power of yoga in both my own life and in the lives of my students. I firmly believe that the tools offered through the practice—mindfulness, strength, resilience, and connection—are invaluable in many realms of life. These lessons have not only benefited my students but have shaped my approach as an educator, teammate, and individual.
