I have been a personal trainer, group fitness intructor, pilates mat, reformer and chair instructor for the past 12 years.  Clients would always ask me questions about their overall health and wellness such as how to eat to fuel their workout, how to lose weight, improve their nutrition, or sleep better.  I would give them my opinion but I was not satisfied with that. So two years ago I went back to school and I became a certified Holistic Health and Nutrition Counselor through The Institute of Integrative Nutrition.  I help my clients lose weight, gain energy, reduce inflammation, sleep better and so much more through their diet.
