Nancy Resnick

I have has been teaching group exercise since 1982. Starting off with high-low aerobic classes in the early 80's and progressing to specialty classes for water, functional integrated strength training, step, spin and yoga, I absolute love teaching all types of exercise. I have a contagious energy that hopefully will leave you feeling invigorated, strong and balanced. I strive to make safe workouts motivating, efficient and fun. Cardio and step classes focus on maximum use of floor space and easy to follow patterns Aqua classes demand both upper and lower body strength and by maximizing the water’s unique resistance attributes in a non impact environment, water classes can be adapted to all levels of fitness. Functional strength training and circuit classes provide participants with a wide array of balance, strength and rotational exercises for a well rounded workout. Focusing on the connection of exercise to everyday activities, this class gives participants something to “take” home. I am ACE certified and have specialty certificates in SPIN and YOGA. I enjoy tennis, swimming, and hiking. I am an attorney, wife and mother of two. “Physical fitness has helped me enjoy a well balance life and there is no substitute. A sense of balance makes an individual more energetic and focused and consequently more creative and productive.”   My new interest is now TRX and BOSU.
