Lisa Cooper
Lisa is the fitness and group exercise director for the Little Rock Athletic Club in Little Rock, Arkansas. As a certified group exercise instructor, Lisa has been teaching a variety of group exercise classes for over 25 years to all levels of fitness. She is also a certified foundation training instructor and registered dietitian.
Lisa enjoys sharing her love for health, fitness and nutrition with others! She has attended several IDEA Fitness conventions to obtain additional fitness knowledge. Lisa currently teaches cycling, sculpt, Foundation Training and cardio mix/cardio sculpt circuit style classes at the Athletic Club.
Originally from Minnesota, Lisa moved to Arkansas for an internship and began her fitness career in Little Rock.
