After recieivng her degree in Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota, she continued her education receving a variety of other health, wellness, and fitness certifications. Her passion lies with yoga and the outdoors. She enjoys sharing her fitness knowledge and experience with others. She finds it is most important to discover movement that fits the individual's personal style so that exercise feels less like a "have to" and more like a "want to." The idea is to stay creative and integrate fitness as a lifestyle change promoting healthy body, mind, and spirit. While Mallory is motivated to move and exercise, she loves to spend most of her time helping people find well rounded health through coaching, cooking, eating well, and all around balance.
