Kathy Simonik

Yoga Instructor since 2003. I Became Anusara Certified in 2010. I have completed my 500 hour study and gone well beyond with multiple yoga trainings including specialties in yoga therapeutics. I have attended workshops and teacher trainings with these teachers: Noah Maze, Ross Rayburn, Martin Kirk, John Friend, Siana Sherman, Todd Norian, Desiree Rumbaugh, Betsey Downing, Jayendra Handley, Mitchell Bllier. I host these international teachers at my own studio for 3 day workshops all throughout the year, getting continuing education experience of at least 50 hours a year. My husband co-owns the studio with me. We have had the studio for almost 4 years and opened our second one this last August. I can teach to any level student, raw beginners all the way to upper level. I run my own teacher training school at the studio and hire most of my own graduates.
