Julia found yoga after 20 years as a ballerina. Retiring from the field, she was looking for something to keep her toned as well as align her body. She took her first yoga class 15 years ago and was hooked instantly. Not only was it an incredible work out, but she felt healthier, stronger, taller and centered. Julia did her yoga instructor training through Core Power Yoga 10 years ago and has been guiding vinyasa style classes since. Her classes focus on cross training for athletes, building balance and strength as well as increasing flexibility.
