Prior to my career in the fitness industry, I spent fifteen years in the field of graphic design and marketing. I found fitness for the first time just ten years ago, at the age of 29. I had never before exercised in a health club environment.
Now, nearing my 40th year, I am an example of a real person- not a lifelong athlete or someone with natural physical prowess- who has not only discovered enjoyment and physical benefits of regular exercise, but believe in it so strongly that I help others to realize their own potential.
Among my many mottos is ""you do what you can with what you've got."" I believe that regardless of your physical condition or limitations that anyone can engage in physical activity that can lead to betterment of health and an increased enjoyment of life.
Many people are quick to recognize only their weaknesses and limitations. As a Personal Trainer, I enable those I work with to discover their strengths and in many instances, a potential that they did not even know existed.
