I enjoy living a healthy and active life and I am passionate about helping others learn to do the same. 

Watching others achieve their fitness goals is very rewarding to me.  I also believe and convey in my work

that balancing, fitness and nutrition with social activities and some mindful relaxation is key to stayin

truly happy.  It can't be all work and no play.  :)
