As a competitive runner since Jr. High I have always been interested in movement. I have trained for and completed many marathons and ultra marathons and have always been passionate about fitness. Though always a competitive endurance athlete, it was not until 2009 that I realized how truly weak I was. I could run 50 miles but could barely manage 10 sloppy push ups. I decided to start working on strength by lifting heavy weights and the rest is history. Everyone can benefit from a smart strength and conditioning program. I love helping people and that is the real reason I am in this industry and the real reason I have been successful. I care and enjoy improving pepople lives.
I am certified to teach TRX group classes as well as TRX RIP trainer certified. Currently my personal workouts consist of basic gymnastics strength training. I love learning new things to keep my clients motivated and can create a dynamic energitic atmosphere whenever needed!
