Paula Flint

I was born August 25, 1957 in Troy, N.Y. I have been married 35 years and have two sons. My husband and I bought a house and moved to Scotia, N.Y in November of 1982. I was a self employeed architectual draftsman for many years but went to work for the YMCA in 1994, where I teach adult fitness classes and preschool. I am currently a YMCA certified group fitness instructor and an AEA certified water aerobics instructor.
