I began my fitness training journey as a cycle instructor in 2007 and went on to become a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. In 2018 I completed my 500 hour comprehensive Pilates training. Always looking to broaden my skills and learn new things, I completed my CYT-200 yoga certification in 2023.
I love working with all people and bodies because "Fit Feels Best." With a very broad background in exercise, I aim to find the movement that works for each person and keeps them wanting to do more to live their best life.
