I have 33 years experience as a group fitness instructor specializing in Spinning, Boot Camp, Strength, & Core. I have 17 years experience as a certified Yogafit yoga instructor. I teach a Hatha style yoga practice using a format of slow flow vinyasa with options from beginner to advanced yogis. I also give options to incorporate some strength in yoga poses. I like to finish with some deep stretches follow by Savasana.
