On the suggestion of my rehabilatation therapist, I was introduced to yoga 10 years ago after surviving a near fatal accident. I immediately feel in love with all aspects of yoga. The benefits of not only the physical but the spritual aspects as well. I studied in a small farm house in Italy and try to transport the peace that I found there through pranyama, asanas and meditation to my students. My goal is to have students leave my class with inner peace and calmness to use for the rest of their day.
