Dawn Koehler

After graduating from high school in 1978, I moved to Los Angeles California to study acting. It was then that I began to workout on a regular basis. I have always been athletic and have won numerous awards for various athletic sports, but since I was no longer in an organized sport, I began to work out in a health club. Being a morning person I would attend the 6:00 aerobics classes. On numerous occasions the instructor would not show. The class in frustration, asked me to just teach it. That is how my career as an aerobics instructor begain. I then started personal training. My classes are fun and motivating, and the favorite thing I hear about my classes is that I play great music and I look like I enjoy what I am doing.
