Teaches Water Aerobics, paddle-fit (paddle boarding strengthening and stretching class) Bootcamp, Spin, Power Yoga, intermediate yoga, partner/kids and family yoga, Pilates, soccer, swimming, triathlon training and running coach. Has been teaching for 10 years. Katie has two children and a supportive hsuband who manages a gym and does personal training. They are a very active fit family. Katie is passionate about fitness and enjoys trying to types of exercises and teaching them to others. Her main goal with teaching fitness is to help others to find that exercise can be fun! Then her particpants can coninue to make exercise a habit in their life and have better joy in their life as a result of healthy living.
