 I am a motivator I hold clients accountable for the implied and explicit goals. My fitness foundation was built through boxing as a young adult and only developed through my military experience. During my four years of service in USN I quickly became an assistant fitness leader. Motivating a command wide group of men and women, I naturally became accustom to group fitness and specialize in boot camp style exercise that build physical and mental strength. I am also capable of organizing fitness events and fitness events. I enjoy fun filled group exercise challenges that build team and communication skills within a fitness facility and community. I am experienced in working with special population and young athletes. As my resume presents I am currently qualified in Pilates and experienced in circuit and resistance training . I am also pursuing my yoga teaching certification.
