I have been a fitness professional with AFAA since June of 1997. I have worked as an Aqua, Kickboxing, Step Aerobic, Hi-low impact aerobic, in-door cycling (certification through Johnny G Spinning program), pilates, yoga, stability ball and mind-body fitness instructor and personal trainer. I recently trained and started teaching Bootybarre classes. I have a 200 hour eryt certification with yoga alliance and I am certified with the the international association of yoga therapists and teach hatha, restorative, vinyasa and hot style yoga classes. I am also a Group Exercise practical test examiner for AFAA. Additionally I am Adult, Child & infant CPR, First Aide & AED instructor with the American Red Cross. I am a certified Lifeguard, Community First Aide and safety provider as well through the American Red Cross. I presently live Southern California where I teach for Corepower yoga and 24 Hour fitness.
