I enjoy teaching people how to live a healthier lifestyle. Exercise should be an important part of our daily routine. It is my job to make exercising as fun as possible for everyone. For the past 10 plus years I have taught group fitness as well as personal training. The classes have ranged from Pilates, Yoga, Powerflex, Step, and Biomentrics. By far one of my favorites would have to be the opportunity to work one-on-one with an individual. Watching someone accomplish their goals & knowing I played a key role, is one of the most gratifying feelings imaginable.
