I have been working as a Personal Trainer specialised in Pre & postnatal Fitness for the last four years and as a Can-Fit-Pro PRO Trainer who certifies Personal Trainers, Fitness Instructors and Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialists since Feb. 2005. I have worked with all kinds of people from the young to old, women and men and also high level athletes in a gym setting as well as home settings.I am very comfortable working with both machines, free weights, BOSU'S and Swiss Balls. I now work for myself certifying Fitness Professionals and giving postnatal group exercise courses. I also represent Égale Action a non-profit organization that promotes the advancement of women in sports.
