As a young child I had aspired to become a doctor. As life threw me through its ups and downs I wound up on the business side of things with an innate interest in the physical and biological aspects of the human body. Now that I have been given that opportunity I am willing to do what it takes to make a difference, one day creating a personal training facility/ gym of my own where I can work both worlds while appeasing that childish inclination.
I feel I make a great personal trainer because I am instinctive, intelligent, passionate, youthful, energetic, outgoing, and a genuine people person. As a businessman, I have the skills to communicate and deal with those individuals that not everyone can. As a personal trainer, and former athlete I have the passion and motivation to help others help themselves. I have dedicated myself to working out since the 7th grade and find myself at home in the gym. I have been to a personal trainer, and have been through a year of vigorous strength and conditioning at the famous Mike Boyle institute, where I really found a passion for the art of helping others through physical fitness. I am punctual, dependable, and professional in dress, behavior, and demeanor. I am dedicated to the exercise training endeavor, willing to plan ahead, and committed to seeking additional education for professional growth. I am also able to take responsibility for my actions, and present myself as an appropriate role model.
I believe in leading by example, and enjoy all types of exercise from Pilates and Yoga to Power and Olympic Lifting.
