Samantha Comeau

Hi,

My name is Samanta Comeau. I am currently living in Pubnico, NS.
I am a girl with a BIG passion for health and fitness. I am a Certified Fitness Instructor Specialist through CanFitPro. I teach body shaping classes at the Ymca, body shaping classes in our community and teach the basics of weight lifting for women using dumbells, which is funded through the Arygle Recreation Departement. I have also a part time waitress and a full time student. I have a strong desire in helping others get and feel healthy and boost their confidance through exercise. I would love to show my passion around the world and everone that I can.
