Kimberly Lincoln

I am a former NBA Dancer for the Orlando Magic. I taught areobics on and off for 14 years in Orlando at Ballys, YMCA & Bay Hill Country Club and Miami at some of the hottest clubs at that time. I also spent a couple of years doing aerobic competions. I have personal trained on/off for the same amount of years at various facilities including body coach where we trained in the method of Super Slow. At this time, I train a few ladies in their homes or my gym in my neighborhod.
