Sue Conrad is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Pilates, Yoga and Spin Instructor as well as Nutrition counselor with over 20 years. Sue is also a Registered Massage Therapist.
Sue has been a competitive athlete, and has participated in the BlueNose Half Marathon twice, and has competed as an amatuer bobybuilder twice. Sue brings a wealth of knowledge from working with all clients from a rehabilitative to competitive perspective. Sue has a personal understanding through her own experiences; of the challenges people (and specifically women) face trying to balance the stress of everyday life with personal health and wellness.
