Bob Rich

Since 1980, I have been the President of Sports Nutrition, Inc. I owned Powerhouse Gym and Fitness Center in Youngstown, OH from 1980 to 1989. During that time, I trained numerous state and national ranking competitive bodybuilders as well as being a judge for the National Physique Committee. I have been involved in competitive and ultra distance cycling since 1990. In 1999, I retired from the Ohio State Highway Patrol. I have been a spinning instructor since 1999. In 2004, I competed in Race Across America; a 2800 mile cycling edurance race. Since obtaining my NASM certification, I work in several chiropractic offices doing physical rehab and BEST.
