I am from Evans, Georgia. I became certified as a group exercise instructor in while in college at the University of Georgia studying to be a registered dietitian. I've worked in fitness and nutrition for over 2 decades. Both my nutrition and group ex experiences center on providing education and motivation to diverse groups -- encouraging them to live life to the fullest by being in their best health. I always focus on how fitness can be fun and exciting, ensuring my participants always leave class feeling that way!
