I love to teach! I have been working out consistently for 15 years and started group fitness instruction in 2002. I began teaching step interval & sculpting type classes. More recently, I have added the following type class formats to my list of accomplishments: Boot Camp, Circuit, Kickboxing & Interval Training. In February, 2006 I began teaching Pilates, utilizing everything from weights & resistance bands to the stability ball. I am comfortable using most any fitness related apparatus in all my classes: stability ball, medicine ball, the high step, barbells, hand weights, resistance bands, etc.
As stated beforehand, I am certified in Group Fitness as well as Pilates & Hatha Yoga. In August 2006 I became a certified/licensed BodyPump Instructor, which is a wildly popular barbell class that stengthens your entire body.
