I am a registered Fitness Leader in British Columbia, Canada. I am registered by the nationally excepted British Columbia Parks and Recreation.
I have been teaching group fitness for over 4 years now, Aqua for over 3 and Pilates for just over 1. I have also been teaching Pilates on the stability ball for a few months now.
I am comfortable with all ages and levels of fitness.
I teach hi and low impact, boxerfit or cardio kickbox, sculpting, stretch, a little bit of cardio salsa, boot camp, ab type classes, basic pilates mat, stability ball, and shallow aqua fit.
