My fitness life began at an early age with figure skating which included off-ice conditioning. This lead me to teaching fitness classes to skaters and then into the gym working with a vartiety of clients.
Pilates trainging allows me to help people improve their posture and strengthen their core muscles. My signature class is a "power stretch" class designed to releave stress and take the body through a variety of dynamic stretches. The last portion of this class includes a meditation. Very zen!!!
My passion is fitness and I am lucky to be able to make it my career.
