K. Michelle Erby has been teaching group fitness classes for over 35 years. She has been an ACE certified group Instructor since 2014. Her passion is teaching classes such as yoga, breathing exercises, meditation and core strengthening. Michelle is a E-RYT500 yoga instructor. She gives her clients tools to relieve stress and to develop healthy habits that may improve quality of life. She specializes in teaching group and senior fitness classes, nutrition workshops and doing mindfulness yoga retreats. Born and raised in Washington, D.C. she lives in Arlington, TX with her husband Darryl. Michelle loves dancing, traveling, cooking, reading and hiking.
