I have been involved in fitness for over 25 years.  I started as a class participant and decided to change my career and become a Personal trainer and Group Exercise fitness Instructor.  

I have enjoyed teaching a variety of classes over the last 20 years and have numerous successful Personal Training clients.

I would like to deliver Pilates classes with FitBodiesInc and Fitness Pro Travel.

I have my own Pilates studio in Leicester, England called Serenity Pilates Studio and offer 20 classes a week of three different types. Mat based Pilates, Pilates Strength & Relax (a blend of basic Yoga with Pilates & relaxxation) and also Power Fitness and Functional Pilates, a stronger and tougher class.

I am able to cater for all levels and abilities by offering adaptations and alternatives as necessary.  The mat based Pilates I deliver has a modern take and we sometimes use small softballs to aid our exercises.

I can also deliver a variety of Group Exercise classes including Step & Aerobics, Circuits,  and Body Conditioning or Legs Bums and Tums.

I am also a qualified Personal Trainer with Level 3 (current in UK).

I would love to be given the opportunity to deliver my classes within a hotel environment as part of your scheme.
