Michelle is a passionate and dedicated yoga and fitness professional with over 12 years of experience. She is well traveled with Fitbodies and is certified in multiple yoga styles. She is especially passionate towards Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, and Slow flow. Michelle creates a welcoming mix of relaxation and energy for practitioners of all levels.
Michelle holds her 500 hr E-RYT through Amazing Yoga and Yoga Renew both Yoga Alliance accredited teaching programs.
She has since pursued additional certifications in retreat leadership, meditation and breathwork, and additional group exercise specialties. Bootcamp, HIIT, CoreFirst and Pilates fusion (fusion of yoga/pilates/HIIT) are a few of her favorites to teach.
