Pat is an enthusiastic and passionate PILATES Instructor offering classes to inspire and motivate participants to enhance their health and fitness behaviors.  Each Pilates class is uniquely designed to increase strength, flexibility, and balance by engaging participants in a mind body connection. Pat interacts with participants and makes for a fun and lively class. In addition to teaching Pilates, Pat has over 20 years of teaching group fitness classes including strength training, boot camp, circuit training, spin classes, stretching and offering personal training expertise to help clients in their quest to reach their personal health and fitness goals.

While building her career in financial services, Pat attended law school in the evenings to earn her law degree.  Even while busy with her legal career, Pat continued to follow her passion and expand her expertise in fitness.  During Covid, Pat enrolled in an extensive course to perfect her skills and earned a certificate in Pilates.  Since Pat retired from law, she has built up a following in her local community and continues to teach fitness classes including Pilates and strength training.  For several years, Pat offered fitness classes and personal training at Fortune 500 corporations and law firm fitness centers.


Pat loves the outdoors all year round.  In the summer she enjoys walking on the beach, swimming, and cycling.  In the winter, Pat loves to downhill ski with several ski clubs.  She travels to Europe, Canada and the United States to find the best conditions.  She has made many friends along the way who also enjoy similar activities.
