Sam began practicing yoga in 2012 while in graduate school studying to be a school counselor. She was immediately drawn to the yoga life style and her life has never been the same. Yoga helped her balance her life and find the strength to get through challenges both on and off the mat. In 2015, she earned her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate from the Always-At-Aum Yoga School. Teaching Vinyasa and Hot Yoga, Sam finds great happiness in being able to share her passion of yoga with others and help them grow as students of yoga. She also plans to bring yoga and mindfulness to the schools with her career in guidance counseling. With an incredible urge for travel, she is able to find herself in different places through yoga. Yoga is a process, and a beautiful one; you learn something new about yourself and the world with each step you take forward.
