Joana Coutinho

As a travel lover and passionate with sports and help people, I used to work in different places (gyms, high performance teams, private classes at home, outdoors), I started 10 years ago in Lisbon.

In 2013 I decided to start travel, and the goal was reach Thailand and study massage.

I start travel in South America, I leved in Thailand for 8 months and I got a job in Singapore as personal trainer and Pilates Teacher

My passion is about to move, to live with freedom and specially to help other people on their goals and I always work as a life coach, using my alternative therapies too (reiki, crystals, sound healing)
