I am currently an instructor at the Dale City Sport and Health club in Dale City Virginia where I teach kickboxing. I am also a certified personal trainer. I was also employed at the White House Athletic Center for 7 years under the supervison of Amy LeBreque where I taught step and body sculpting. I love staying fit and healthy and helping people reach their goals.
