I began my journey in the fitness field at a young age. At the age of 16 I started thinking about what I wanted to spend my life doing it was so clear to me that it was something in the health and fitness field. At 18 I started taking classes in college in Anatomy, Physiology, Sports Medicine, Nutrition and more. I have continued to stay abreast in the industry continuing my studies and research in the field. I want to teach and guide as many people that are interested in becoming healthy and fit. In hopes to get people to enjoy the journey and lifestyle of a healthy fit person.
I have been blessed to do what I am truly passionate about for the past 32 years. Throughout those years I have taught many types of exercise from Cardio Dance, Zumba, Spin, Strength, Balane and the Brain, Yoga, Pilates, Aqua, Ball, Kickboxing, Personal Training and much more. I am truly passionate about teaching Nutrition as well because I know it is a critical component of our health and how we feel and look.
I have always been active, it makes me happy. Outside of the studios and gyms I thoroughly enjoy mountain biking, wake boarding, volleyball, tennis, pickle ball, softball, football (playing that is)
