I am a vinyasa flow style yoga instructor with the ability to teach basic yin poses also. I am CPR/First aid cerified, Sports First Aid Responder, and Basic Fitness Teaching Assistant qualified; in addition to Yoga Alliance certification. I have several years of experience working with all sorts of people and am very comfortable speaking/teaching in a group setting. With a basis in group fitness, yoga teacher truly compliments this skill set. I am currently instructing yoga 3-5 times per week, with a 5k run followed by one hour of yoga being my favourite class.
