I've been teaching for 5 years with Town Sports International West End health and Fitness,and more recently Manny Cantor Center. My style Is very motivating ,and you will leave my class feeling stronger and accomplished. I've trained athlethes as well as beginners ,children ,and our aging population. I have Nutriton Knowledge and understand progression and regression to keep clients and members safe.
