I have been working as a fitness professional for the past 5 years. I have a BS from the University of Pittsburgh in Exercise Physiology and am currently completing my MS in Exercise Physiology from the same University. I plan to continue my education by obtaining my PhD within this field. I currently have a teaching assistantship with the University that allows me to work with diverse populations from athletes to morbidly obese individuals. I am currently the group fitness director at a health club in Pittsburgh where I also teach classes and personal train. I am certified as a Group Exercise Instructor and Advanced Personal Trainer from AFAA and certified in Pilates through NETA.
Fitness is my passion and I love to work with people in acheiving their individual goals.
