Jennifer Kotalik

Jennifer Kotalik is a registered nurse working at Flagstaff Medical Center in Flagstaff, AZ, with a BSN from Northern Arizona University.  Jennifer is certified by ACE as a fitness instructor and personal trainer, with a career that began in 1988 teaching group fitness inWestchester, NY.  She owned a personal training business for many years in NY before moving west to Flagstaff , Arizona.  In 2000 Jennifer began her nursing career in the emergency room, and never stopped teaching a variety of classes, finding balance in these two careers of health and wellness.  Jennifer is a Teacher Trainer for The willPower Method.  She enjoys mentoring new instructors and has launched  willPower & grace at Northern Arizona University.  Jennifer also teaches willPower for girlPower, Ignite, and is a national course presenter for the NAFC.
