Fitness has always brought me joy—but it wasn’t until I faced cancerous cells and sustained injuries as a soldier that I truly understood its power. I didn’t just want to heal; I wanted to become stronger than the ailments trying to break me. That was in 2009, and since then, my passion for fitness has only grown.

Today, I am a Certified SPIN Instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics, a Personal Trainer with AFSA, and a certified TRX instructor. Exercise has been a vital part of my healing journey—physically, mentally, and emotionally—and it’s a gift I’m grateful to share with others.

I also work with the Victorian Order of Nurses (VON) in the SMART program, helping seniors stay active, strong, and independent.

Owning my own studio allows me the freedom to design unique, high-energy classes that deliver both positivity and results. My goal is simple: to create an upbeat, welcoming environment where everyone feels empowered, supported, and capable of more than they imagined.

I am committed to lifelong learning and continuously enroll in courses to ensure I provide the most current, evidence-based guidance to my clients. While I love all aspects of fitness, my true passion lies in indoor cycling—it’s where strength, resilience, and community come together.
