Fitness has always brought me joy—but it wasn’t until I faced cancerous cells and sustained injuries as a soldier that I truly understood its power. I didn’t just want to heal—I wanted to be stronger than the ailments trying to break me. That was six years ago, and since then, my love for fitness has only grown.
I am now a Certified SPIN Instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics, a Personal Trainer with AFSA, and a certified TRX instructor. Exercise has been a vital part of my healing journey—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Owning my own studio gives me the freedom to design unique, energy-filled classes that bring positivity and results. My goal is simple: to create an upbeat, welcoming environment where everyone feels empowered and supported.
I’m committed to lifelong learning and continuously enroll in courses to ensure I’m offering the most current, evidence-based guidance to my clients. While I love all aspects of fitness, my true passion lies in indoor cycling.
