Jenna is a professionally trained dancer who holds a Masters degree in Exercise Science from SUNY Cortland. Jenna currently works for Binghamton University as the Assistant Director of Fitness and Wellness. Jenna has a passion for fitness that resonates in all aspects of her life. As a dancer, Jenna appreciates workouts and classes that are fun, effective, and use great music to keep you motivated! As a former Division 1 Strength Coach, Jenna enjoys teaching classes and training clients with a focus on functional movement while building athleticism and total body wellness. Jenna is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), a Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA), a Certified Group Exercise Instructor (AFAA), as well as being a Certified Red Cross CPR and AED Instructor. Jenna also holds speciality certifications in Les Mills BODYPUMP®, Zumba®, Zumba® Toning, Piloxing®, TRX®, PiYo®, CIZE®, and Pink Gloves Boxing™. Jenna is a Master Trainer for R.I.P.P.E.D.® - The One Stop Body Shock. Jenna has presented at national fitness conferences such as SCW Mania, ECA/OBOW, and IDEA. Jenna has over 15 years of experience instructing fitness and dance classes. Jenna is the co-owner of JAM Fitness in Vestal, NY.
