Iysha completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher training in Bali, Indonesia during August 2014. She has done intensive studying at Yandara Yoga Institute and Kripalu School of Yoga. She currently teaches at Fusion Movement Yoga Studio in Cambridge and hosts special events and classes within Kitchener Waterloo. She Vegan and Yoga enthusiast and is looking to help teach people how yoga is a vital aspect in taking care of your body. Yoga lengthens the muscles and helps your body feel better after an intense workout and also helps to develop a mind-body-breath awareness.
